How soon can I get my RT?

Generally less than 21 days. First you prepare and electronically file your tax return. The IRS must then accept your return, which takes about 24-48 hours. When the IRS approves your refund, your refund is deposited with the bank. The bank then deducts the tax preparation fee and the Refund Transfer processing fee. Using direct deposit, the bank will deposit the balance of your refund directly to your bank account.

According to the IRS website most refunds are disbursed in less than 21 days. Refund Transfers are bank deposit products using Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC, that enable certain deductions from the account to be processed. Refund Transfers are not loans. Tax refund and e-filing are required in order to receive Refund Transfer. Fees apply. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
